Bedrooms are bright and clean.
The staff are helpful and courteous.

This hotel is a fairly decent option in the Bloomsbury area, it's modern and comfortable and guests enjoy the friendly service and the good location. It's also dead easy to get to from Heathrow which is a bonus.
